Capital GMC Buick Cadillac is currently seeing a Full Time Parts Counter Person.
Your Duties would include:
- Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
-Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials, and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
-Answers incoming phone calls, handle any overflow from either front or back counter.
-Assist any customer or salesperson with Accessory quote or purchase, during peak times when Accessory Specialist is busy or away from office.
-Provide accurate price quotes to customers and Technicians in a timely fashion ensure ALL options are exhausted when sourcing parts (i.e. alternate warehouse, other dealers, etc.)
-All open invoices and back-order parts are to be monitored and reviewed regularly, Parts Manager to be advised on all conditions that exceed 30 days. Customers are to be contacted on a regular basis to update status and contacted again when required parts arrive.
-Reviews body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.
-Pulls and fills orders from stock
-Keeps orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts.
Your experience would include:
- 2-4 year parts experience
- 2-4 years customer service experience
- Ability to work with various computer programs
- Provide superior customer service
