Duties:
-monitor shoppers as defined and directed by management.
-understand retails "loss prevention" policies and report deviations too.
-monitor exits to ensure employee safety and store security.
-communicate with customers and employees.
-prepare reports as required.
Qualifications:
-ability to work a wide variety of hours and shifts.
-previous experience in loss prevention, policing or security would be an asset.
-ability to exercise diplomacy when dealing with employees or customers.
-must be in good physical condition.
-must possess excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
