FCL invites applications for the position of Planning Co-ordinator in our Home Office located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Coordinate and sequence appropriate and timely project planning activities to move a project through the design and planning phase to construction.  Set schedules and recommend appropriate resource allocation to achieve project planning milestones on time and on budget.  Coordinate the planning of Retail projects with Developers schedules and design controls and ensure the regulatory requirements are designed for, applied for and approved.  Lead project correspondence to ensure that timelines and roles and responsibilities across stakeholders are understood and met. Travel of approximately 5%-10% is required.

The successful candidate will have an Engineering/Architectural Technology Diploma and 3-5 years construction, project management and contract administration experience. Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Experience with AutoCAD and Clarizen is considered an asset and Project Management Professional designation is preferred.
