In the role of Administrative Assistant (Financial) you will provide exceptional customer service to account holders in a variety of areas.
Duties will include:
- Data entry of account information
- Taking inbound calls and answering account inquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
- Making outbound calls when needed to investigate various issues and find solutions.
- Process account payments on time and efficiently.
- Collaborate with a team to continually review processes and work toward improvements.
- Connect with a variety of institutions and individuals on a daily basis to resolve account issues.
