Seeking a self-motivated, driven and energetic individual for the executive administrative assistant position within the fast paced, busy office. The successful candidate will have growth opportunities within the financial and insurance industry.
Duties include but not limited to:
*Review and submit miscellaneous reports and documents
*Arrange and co-ordinate meetings with clients
*Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on tasks in a timely manner
*Data Entry
*Respond to client inquiries
Qualifications:
*Minimum High School graduate diploma or GED (post-secondary in business or financial industry an asset)
*Clean criminal record
*Prior banking/investment experience an asset
*Knowledge of MS office, including word, excel and outlook
*Knowledge of standard office administrative practices
*Good judgement and decision-making ability
*Great attention to detail and accuracy
*Excellent communication skills; both oral and written
*Willingness to pursue licencing in Life Insurance and Mutual Funds
Wage dependant on experience.
