Primary responsible for all accounting, budgeting and financial reporting procedures and their conformance with accepted accounting practices and legal requirements
Ensures adequate cost control for pricing purposes and calculation of profit and loss
Assist in all aspects of planning and capital extension
Provide management of accounting and office personnel
Maintains company personnel files
Other duties as assigned
