The St. Joseph's Hospital Foundation is a local charity whose main goal is to provide funding to the St. Joseph's Hospital of Estevan to allow it to provide the most advanced healthcare possible to this community.
The St. Joseph's Hospital Foundation is currently searching for a part time Office Administrator. This individual should to be a dynamic, professional, and enthusiastic person that has experience in an office setting. The applicant must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularity in Excel and Word, and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation will vary depending on the qualifications of the individual; and can be adjusted accordingly for the right person who is willing to grow in the roll and take on additional responsibility.
The general administrative duties combined with the assistance in event planning and donor stewardship makes this the perfect position for any applicant looking to showcase their current strengths and to broaden their experience in other areas. The general responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
o Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, answering telephone inquiries
o Mailing out payments of bills/correspondence
o Administrative assistance in Advertising and Promotion of the Foundation
o Upkeep of Donor Databases/Assistance in Donor Stewardship
o Assistance in tenant management of the Foundation Clinic
o Small grant applications and assisting in fund sourcing
o Assistance in planning for fundraising and donor stewardship events
o General Admin support for events (spreadsheets, volunteer coordination data input, registrations, ticket sales, etc.)
