Description

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent for our Saskatoon District office located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities:

- Create, maintain and execute the project plan and schedule and ensures compliance with budget
- Supervise, direct, coach and train Assistant Superintendents, Coordinators, Field Engineers, Surveyors, Students, Hourly Foreman and Hourly staff assigned to project
- Ensure project materials and workmanship meets the project Quality Standards and Design requirements
- Obtain necessary information from engineers, designers, inspectors, municipal/provincial authorities and owners

Qualifications:
- College or University Degree in a related field
- 5  7 years of civil or commercial construction experience with a large General Contractor
- Proven experience as a construction supervisor
- Experience on project sites around $10 Million
- Ability to lead and assess trade performance on the job
- Ability to apply basic engineering principles to construction challenges
- Ability to manage others and many facets of the construction project and assume responsibility


Working Conditions:
The salary range for this position is between $85,000CAD to $100,000CAD per year, based on experience and qualifications.
