Description

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for major mechanical systems, preventative maintenance programs, physical plant, equipment repair/inventory, lead, direct and coordinate the efforts of the engineering team to ensure departmental goals and objectives are attained.

Previous supervisory skills in a Hotel maintenance  setting would be a definite asset. Must have strong skills in general repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC. Basic skills in painting, drywall repairs and knowledge of WHMIS is essential.

This position requires an individual the ability to work a variety of shifts including days,evenings, nights and weekends.
