FCL invites applications for the position of Project Content Specialist in our Home Office located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
The Project Content Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and guiding content management strategy for Retail Operations, Human Resources, and other business units to enable efficient organization and management of documents, records, and digital information, making critical information accessible to project and department resources in an efficient manner. The incumbent will develop the framework to manage documents through their lifecycle to comply with legal, business project and regulatory requirements. In collaboration with Innovation, Internal Audit, the Brand Standards and Privacy Director, the project teams, and business unit stakeholders the incumbent will assess department content and information management requirements, and identify technologies, methods, and systems to capture, manage, store and deliver content and information that support collaboration, knowledge sharing, and reuse. The Project Content Specialist will lead and implement policies, processes, standards and templates for effective content organization and management.
The successful candidate will have a two year diploma with preference for Records Management and 5-7 years of relevant experience in documents management or communication. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is required. A Certified Information Professional (CIP) or Certified Records Management (CRM) and records management training is required; CRM is preferred.
