Senior Analyst Financial Valuation

The Financial Valuation department, as part of Corporate Analytics, provides financial value clarity for derivative and investment transactions that Concentra has entered into.  The Corporate Analytics division provides effective leadership and expertise in financial resource management to the Canadian credit union system, SaskCentral and Concentra Financial.  

This position is responsible to provide analytics and reporting for the Financial Valuations department in a high quality and timely fashion.  
    Provide support to the Financial Valuation function by providing analysis and reporting to relevant departments as required by Financial Valuations for company support, and implementing and/or making recommendations for improving analytical models  
    Provide resulting analysis from Financial Valuations department to the organization by leading the analysis and reporting for the department to other areas; and supporting derivative and investment valuations, the credit union valuation process and the securitization valuation process
    Contribute to and facilitate ongoing Corporate Analytics development initiatives by providing expertise to the Financial Valuations department for support in the development, management and enhancement of analysis applications in response to customer and/or regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
    Completion of a post-secondary education degree program in commerce/business, finance complemented by or working towards a professional finance designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA or CFA) and three years of related experience.
    Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
