Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant
got mold?  is a well-established corporation with expansion plans in Canada.
We are seeking full-time Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant in a busy but motivating environment.

Wages/Salary: Depends on experience
Employment Terms: Full-Time
Education: Post-secondary accounting courses and office administration program or its equivalent

The successful applicant would:
-Perform functions related to accounts receivable and payable
-Handle invoices, receipts and bills  
-Reconciles bank & Credit card statements
-Reconciles Customers & Vendors accounts
-Prepares payroll and ensure remittances are paid as at when due
-Carry out inventory activities.
-Assists in preparation of monthly, quarterly annual financial statements
- understands the importance of privacy & confidentiality and adhere to it
- provides reception and administrative support for the office
- provides clear and timely communication with public, clients, team leaders and project managers
- schedules appointment for management and project managers
- answering and making phone calls with etiquette
- creates and forward communication in fax and email formats
- manages incoming and outgoing mails and parcels
- Assists with cleanliness of office at all times
- monitors & orders project and office supplies
- proficient in Quick books, Web application and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)
