Description

DynaIndustrial is a well established, Saskatchewan based company, with a strong history and reputation of delivering quality products and services to the mining, steel, pipe, oil and gas industries.  DynaIndustrial specializes in custom design/build projects, heavy industrial equipment repairs and medium volume production runs of assemblies/subassemblies.
Travel will be required both within and outside of the province.  
Working closely with staff at all levels of the organization, the Business Development Representative will be responsible to:
    Maximize sales opportunities for existing and new customers by aligning the strengths of DynaIndustrial with the needs of the customer.
    Establish and maintain long-lasting business relationships with customers.
    Assist in the development of strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
    Manage information through regular and accurate documentation and reporting.
    Prospect, qualify, manage, close sales and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Competencies will include:
    Technical background (ie. machining, welding/fabrication, mechanical, etc.) with 7+ years experience.
    Customer focused with the ability to establish and build relationships for mutual business success.
    Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
    Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
    Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to manage resources including time and costs.
    Computer and telecommunications competencies.
    Valid drivers license and clear driving record with ability to travel.
    Sales experience is an asset.
