Description

North Country Customs Heavy Duty Division specializes in repair and service of crane and lift equipment. We have service trucks and licensed technicians on call 24/7 to perform any repairs or maintenance you might require. NCC is a growing company with a great benefits package and career enhancement.

North Country Customs (NCC) is looking to fill a receptionist position immediately.  Working along side the Service Manager this position will be expected to fill the following roles:

Professionally receiving income calls from customers and gathering detailed information on required repairs and filling out the required work orders.

Basic accounting duties, entering payable and receivables

Various Receptionist duties

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Positive individual who can think on their feet

Strong attention to organization and detail

Ability to multi task and work as a team player
