Janitor/Caretaker
Permanent Part Time:
Shifts will be Monday to Thursday  6:30Am to 11:30Am

General everyday cleaning and upkeep of interior/exterior of building and parking lot.
Duties will include cleaning bathrooms and kitchen areas, waxing/polishing floors, changing light bulbs, mopping floors, washing walls, dusting, snow removal, pulling weeds, sweeping sidewalks, etc.
Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs.

Basic  knowledge of electrical, plumbing and carpentry would be considered an asset.
Criminal background check is mandatory.
