Motel Managing Supervisor

Northern Lites Hotel Inc. DBA Northern Lites Motor Hotel in Kerrobert, SK is looing for an experienced and skilled Full-Time Motel Managing Supervisor.

Conditions:
    Position: Motel Managing Supervisor (NOC 6216)
    Full-Time position, 37.5 hrs/week (shifted schedule)
    Able to work on weekends and holidays according to the work schedule
    Hourly Wage: $15.00-17.00/hr
    Number of Positions: 1

    15 days paid vacation/year

Requirements:
    Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the related position or related field.
    Education: Completion of secondary school (completion of college courses or diploma related to Hospitality area would be a great asset)

Job Duties:
    Oversee daily activity of the motel staffs
    Establish staffs work schedule and procedures
    Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of motel staffs
    Resolve work-related problems and prepare resolution report
    Hire and train new staffs in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    Monitor and order the motel supplies
    Requisition supplies and materials, conduct monthly reports including equipment conditions.
    Answer phone inquires for reservation and motel services
    May perform the same duties as workers supervised depending on volume
