Adecco is currently recruiting for one of their top clients a Full Time Class 3 Delivery Driver to join their team. They are looking for someone that has positive attitude, excellent customer service skills and looking for a opportunity to grow with the company.
The client offers a Competitive salary, vacation and performance based pay increases. They also offer a full benefits package and company RRSP contributions.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week; possible overnight stay required.
Job duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Making deliveries accordingly to a daily schedule
- Ensures proper maintenance and cleanliness of delivery vehicles
- Appropriately completes proper documentation required
Must have the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Class 3 drivers license with air brake endorsement, clean drivers abstract
- Previous driving experience is required, ideally with Dangerous Goods (TDG)
- Able to pass a criminal background check that includes Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Ideal candidate must have strong organizational, problem-solving and time management skills. Must also be reliable and have the ability to provide after hours service.
