David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with KMLP to recruit an Executive Administrative Assistant for the CEO.  

The Role:

Based in Saskatoon, the Executive Administrative Assistant will report directly to the CEO and liaise with the senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, prioritizing, directing and/or delegating all telephone or written correspondence requests submitted to the CEO and follow-up as necessary while ensuring confidentiality, timeliness, consistency and accuracy. The EA must have the ability to quickly and accurately prepare a variety of documents and correspondence utilizing advanced features of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software as well as schedule meetings, assist with the preparation of expense claims, and general office duties.

Our candidate of choice will have superior communication skills and is expected to tactfully and respectfully interact with people.  The ability to communicate clearly and with confidence both verbally and in writing with a variety of key and diverse stakeholders and colleagues is necessary to obtain and provide information. The Executive Assistant serves as a liaison with the business managers and the Board of Directors to provide support and guidance in terms of meetings and committees. This includes organizing Board meetings, creating meeting packages, providing minute-taking services, and coordinating schedules for Board events.
