FCL invites applications for the position of Retail Talent Performance Manager in our Home Office located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
In alignment with the retail performance strategy, the Retail Talent Performance Manager is responsible to lead the development, execution and maintenance of a Talent Management Strategy with a focus on driving desired business outcomes for the benefit of 210 retail co-operatives across Western Canada. This position is instrumental in guiding retail management and employees toward strategic alignment, enhanced engagement, accountability, and improved performance.
In support of this, the Retail Talent Performance Manager will also manage and lead a multi-year Retail Talent Management Project to develop, implement and operationalize a comprehensive talent management program. The manager will collaborate with key stakeholders to design, develop, integrate and execute a systems approach to talent management, incorporating processes such as recruitment, acquisition, onboarding, training, performance management, development, engagement, integration and succession.
This position will lead a project team, business experts and key stakeholders through all phases of project execution and will ensure proper sequencing, co-ordination, resourcing, and achievement of defined deliverables. The manager will manage relationships across many levels of leadership, project teams and stakeholder groups and ensure all interested parties are appropriately informed and engaged.
