Adecco is currently hiring for a Full time Staffing Coordinator in Regina, SK. Adecco is the world-leading Human Resource Solutions firm who believes our employees come first!

Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities:

- Filling and servicing client orders efficiently through the interviewing, testing, hiring and placing of temporary associates.

- Supervising all temporary associates on assignment, coaching and counseling when required. Providing follow-up to clients to ensure satisfaction of filled orders.

- Identifying Sales opportunities for increased or new lines of business with clients, and promoting Adeccos products and services.

- Supporting the Branch Manager and Regional Vice President to ensure that financial goals and objectives are met or exceeded while ensuring full compliance on all Adecco policies and procedures.

Staffing Coordinator Qualifications:
Completion of post-secondary education in a related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility. A minimum of two years related experience, ideally in a service-oriented environment. Any previous sales skills HR experience will be considered an asset.

Working knowledge of labour and employment laws. Experience/knowledge of general Human Resources practices is an asset.

Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
