Credentials: Formal training in Chinese cuisine
Experience: 2-3 years of Chinese cuisine cooking experience
Job Duties:
Prepare and cook dim sum and Chinese cuisine menu items
Ensure that food quality standard and proportion complies with Health Regulations
Inspect kitchen and food service area
Train kitchen staff in preparing, handling and cooking of food
Supervise and monitor kitchen staff and helper
