In this role, you will partner with current agricultural and commercial members; providing an existing portfolio with mortgages, loans, and other innovative products and services, as required, to meet present and future needs. In doing so, you will develop key relationships to, ultimately, attract and generate new businesses from alternate sources expanding your network through professional, prompt, and friendly service.
As an experienced lender, you offer:
- An ability to establish and maintain strong business/client relationships; anticipating their banking needs
- Proven track record of delivering solid financial advice and solutions for agricultural and commercial clients
- At least 3-5 years of agricultural and commercial experience supported by progressive banking experience
- A combination of applicable education and experience that would benefit this role (business or commerce an asset)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a sales, service, and goal-oriented environment
- Business acumen; superior ability to analyze and interpret financial statements and assess risk
