Description

Experience required with fly-in lodges.  Must have good personal and organizational skills.  Must be familiar with ordering food and supplies, inventory control, supervision of kitchen and wait staff.  Must be a creative person who loves a remote wilderness setting.

Duties:

Prepare American plan meals for lodge guests - breakfast and dinner and some lunches, prepare salad, soup, breads, desserts, entrees, supervise kitchen staff, prepare meals from an established menu.

Prepare staff meals

Room and board included.
