Rearden Well Servicing is seeking applicants who are looking for
career advancement in the oil industry. The operator/driller position
requires previous service rig experience, an ability to manage
others, a positive attitude, and excels in a team environment.

Our mentorship and training programs have been developed to
further enhance your skill sets as a operator in order to
provide you with the tools to excel at your position and prepare
you for continued career advancement with Rearden Well
Servicing.  In order to ensure a safe work environment, the
requirements prior to employment include; Well Service BOP, Fall Protect for Rig Work, Picker Ticket, First Aid/CPR and H2S Alive training. There will be
continued training and certification in the following area:
Petroleum Safety Training, WHMIS/MSDS, Transportation of
Dangerous Goods (TDG), CAODC Driver Safety & Fatigue
Management and confined space awareness.  

As an operator, you need to be physically fit, detail oriented,
enjoy the outdoors and work well in a team environment.
