The Aroma Resto Bar at the Radisson Hotel Saskatoon is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor.
Aroma Resto-Bar serves locally sourced, flared-up comfort food with a Mediterranean influence and features an open-kitchen concept centered around a "wood stone fired" oven.
Responsibilities:
- Provide memorable experiences that exceed guest expectations while meeting/exceeding restaurant financial goals
- Inspect grooming and attire of staff, to ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean, professional and up to the brand standards
- Complete scheduled inventories and requisition necessary supplies
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, motivating and coaching employees
- Uphold and monitor all brand standards in the F&B operation
- Assist in managing department-related guest complaints and ensure corrective action is taken
- Ensure a safe working environment for team members
- Work in collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure Room Service orders are executed to the standard and efficiently
Required Skills & Experience:
- Must have 1 to 2 years of Restaurant Supervisory experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
- Hospitality-oriented; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; computer knowledge and Micro's skills preferred
- Must be willing to work flexible days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
