Property Manager
    
We are currently looking for a Property Manager. The right candidate will be honest, trustworthy, able to work well independently using sound judgment, flexible, demonstrate sound work ethics and deal with the public in a positive, courteous and respectful manner. Some duties will include minor repairs of suites, lock changes, minor electrical and plumbing repairs and other mechanical tasks as required. Hours would be flexible with some weekends required. Salary to be determined upon qualifications.
    
Qualifications:    
    
    Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and building maintenance
    Knowledge of heating, ventilation, electrical and appliance maintenance
    Basic mechanical skills
    Effective verbal and listening communication skills
    Time management skills
    Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
    Must have own vehicle and a valid class 5
    Management background
    Rental background an asset

Duties:
    Show suites
    Schedule/assist move in/outs
    Liaison between owners and tenants
    Troubleshoot maintenance issues
    Complete/file documents
    Arrange for proper maintenance/repair personnel
