Provide database expertise, data entry and records management, along with a variety of administrative support to the Transportation Safety department. Demonstrate knowledge of AECOM policies, procedures, and department goals. Operates independently and as a member of the team to plan, organize, and execute all tasks in the appropriate manner. Receives training as required to provide administrative/clerical assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Database and Records Management
High accuracy data entry and data management into computer software programs (i.e.; information databases, spreadsheets).
Analyze, interpret and provide potential solutions for forecasted trends and problems.
Set up and maintain record management systems, which may include confidential and sensitive information.
- Organization
Use coordination and time management skills to meet deadline requirements and fill additional requests.
Faxing, photocopying, project binder construction and organization.
- Communication and Team Support
Provide backup support to other administrators as required.
May train and/or provide assistance to less experienced team members.
Provide updates and reporting to other administrators to ensure alignment within department.

Understand and use effectively the AECOM Transportation Safety Management System to make decisions and follow policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Microsoft Office 2010 Proficiency, JD Edwards proficiency, Strong time management and organizational skills, Attention to detail, Flexibility adaptation in a fast-paced work environment.
High School Diploma Preferred certificate or diploma in office or business administration.
3-5 years proven proficiency in an administration role that demonstrates excellent communication, organizational skills and attendance.
