This position provides leadership and direction for the: Counsellors and Support staff. The Program Manager oversees the program development, recreational offerings to clients and the continuum of care for clients that attend treatment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports the agencies ongoing quality improvement activities for Accreditation Canada.
Responsible for the: supervision, budgeting, coaching, training and staffing needs for the counsellors and support staff.
Establishes work schedules for direct reports.
Monitors and participates in the development and delivery of all program offerings.
Ensures that best practices and agency standards are being maintained.
