Hotel Management Contract Opportunity

This is a Management Contract opportunity to oversee the operations of a 13 suite resort hotel property at Waskesiu Lake in Prince Albert National Park. The hotel is open to the public from May through September each year. This contract opportunity is effective May 1, 2016.
Management duties include the following:
All hotel operations including reservations, front office check-in and check-out, guest relations, and sales & marketing
Quality control over room cleanliness, amenities and overall guest experience
All property management including building systems and grounds maintenance
Hiring and supervision of all housekeeping & laundry staff
Hotel security
Bookkeeping and bank deposits
Preparation and execution of annual operating and capital maintenance budgets
Off-season building security monitoring
We require resident managers to stay on the property throughout the operating season. Management accommodation is available on-site at no cost.
An opportunity to invest in the business is also available to qualified management candidates.
