Job Description: Responsible for maintaining a caseload in Child and Youth Mental Health services, Counseling, assessment, and treatment planning for Mental Health referrals.Outreach and travel will be involved Job Description is available upon request.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Social Work
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
A strong knowledge of the Mental Health Services Act and Mental Health Services Regulations as well as other Acts and Regulations that are relevant to health/substance use and mental health/substance use and mental health/substance use related issues and make appropriate treatment plans and referrals.
Ability to promote healthy lifestyles in urban and rural settings and with diverse populations.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Valid Driver's License.

FTE: 1.00

Hours of Work: 224.00 hours per 6 week rotation
