Description

This position is primarily responsible for processing a variety of transactions and maintaining the customer service desk area and assigned sales floor.

* Accurately processing transactions (e.g., sales, payments, credits, refunds, voided transactions, etc.) and operating Point of Sale and related equipment;
* Providing excellent customer service with all customer interactions;
* Reporting any repeated customer service issues/concerns to the Customer Service Desk Leader or Sales Team Leader;
* Maintaining the customer service desk area and assigned sales floor in accordance with "Close New Everyday" standards; and
* Actively promotes Sears Loyalty Programs and provides add-on/suggestion selling.


Success in this role calls for excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. The ideal job candidate will have some experience in a Sales /Customer Service role. Other qualifications for this job include:

* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Being proactive in approaching customers

Work in compliance with all laws and regulations and attend or complete all required health and safety training, report all accidents and take every precaution reasonable to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
