Required Qualifications:
Registered or eligible for registration with the appropriate licensing body.
Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing or Bachelor Degree in Social Work or Licensed Practical Nurse.
Minimum 1 years experience in a Home Care setting.
Valid Class 5 drivers license.

Expected Start Date: February 8, 2016
FTE: 0.64

Hours of Work: In a 6 week rotation: 18 shifts of 8.00 hours
