Our continuous growth has created the need for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Regina, Saskatchewan.
This is a key position in our Account Management Team; the successful candidate will be responsible for representing the company to its clients.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Create new client relationships.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
Create and execute a comprehensive Business Development Plan to generate and expand company clientele.
Meet with existing and potential clients to understand their business needs
Market Company services to clients via innovative channels
Create and deliver presentations for clients as needed
Maintain a thorough understanding and competitive knowledge of Dasros market, and services.
Qualifications:
Over 5 years of proven experience in a similar role;
Strong business development/account management and/or sales experience in IT and/or Engineering consulting/hiring services
A strong knowledge of local Regina/Saskatchewan market
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Degree or a Diploma in Management, Business, Computer Science, Engineering or, equivalent
