THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO:
    Develop and implement the Environmental, Health and Safety Program & related policies.
    Develop, lead and implement the EH&S Strategic Operating Plan focused on the execution of critical processes including, but not limited to, incident management, EH&S training, injury prevention, and compliance of all applicable regulatory bodies.
    Trend and analyze patterns to determine focus areas and report on Company's performance.
    Travel required for communication and monitoring the EH&S progress as well as providing updates to Senior Management on incidents and investigations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    Minimum 5-7 years progressive management experience
    Degree, diploma in EHS and/or certification (CSP or CRSP) is an asset
    Complex problem solving skills and strong decision making skills
    Capability to lead change
    Ability to champion Environment, Health & Safety
    Ability to interpret and effectively communicate applicable laws, regulations and     requirements
    Ability to identify critical situations and respond accordingly
    Ability to influence people who do not report directly to you
