Position: Chef de partie
Wage range: $15- $18/hr
Fully subsidized comprehensive benefits package for employee and dependents
Duties:
-Assists Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in daily tasks
-A la carte cooking; ability to line cook and supervise a station
-Fine dinning experience an asset
-Experience in large banquet groups an asset
-Breakfast a la carte cooking an asset
-Ability to adhere to daily cleaning and sanitary requirements
-Ability to work well with others in a team environment
-Wage to be negotiated-Full time, year round position- Staff housing available
