The Wireless Store Manager is accountable to the Regional Manager. The incumbent must possess extensive cellular knowledge, experience, and demonstrated ability to create a work environment poised to deliver extraordinary customer service. The Wireless Store Manager works directly with the Cellular Sales Team and Administrative Support Assistant.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ensure efficient and effective execution of operational goals;
Training and supervising of staff is required;
Strong experience with reporting, analytics, productivity measurements, and performance evaluations;
Able to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines;
Monitor store inventory management process and reporting;
Respond to customer comments and complaints;
Review store hours, schedules and requests, commissions and payroll on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy;
Provide assistance and resolutions to employee issues, and work directly with the HR department to address or resolve issues as needed.
ESSENTIAL PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES:
A minimum of 5 years management experience in significant leadership roles within a progressive customer care and sales environment;
Experience in analyzing and planning appropriately for business demands;
Strong leadership skills including the ability to direct, coach, develop and supervise a multi-level team;
Proven ability to act with a sense of urgency without sacrificing excellence;
Must be well organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects at one time;
Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications, accounting and POS software;
Experience with Epicor is an asset;
Attention to detail and follow through is critical to the role;
Demonstrated desire to continually develop your knowledge, skills and abilities.
