Facility: Rosetown and District Health Centre
Job Description: The Rosetown Health Care Administrator is accountable for effective and efficient operation of health services in the Rosetown community. Using a collaborative process to ensure the ongoing development and success of the services, the Rosetown Health Care Administrator is responsible for the provision of administrative leadership in development, coordination and delivery of quality health services in accordance with the Vision, Values, Strategic Directions and Goals of the Heartland Regional Health Authority. The Rosetown Health Care Administrator is directly accountable to the Director of Emergency Medical Services, Primary Health Services Area - Rosetown.
Required Qualifications

Valid Class 5 Driver's license
Bachelor degree in Commerce, Health Care Administration or related field
Experience
Minimum of three years Human Resource management or Health Care administration experience required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Advanced computer skills
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and related software, including SharePoint
Demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning and professional development
Physical ability to perform duties of the position
Experience in general administration principles including human resources and financial management
Excellent management, leadership, organizational and decision making skills
Possess excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build effective teams and maintain relations based on trust, accountability, and open communications
Effective change agent
Ability to prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines and work effe
