Description

Eastview Centre for Early Learning Cooperative requires a full-time Early Childhood Educator to join our team! Eastview Centre is located within Alvin Buckwold School and strives to provide high quality early learning and childcare to children ages 3 to 12 years in a home away from home atmosphere. Duties include providing learning opportunities through play based experiences that foster children's development, maintaining a safe and nuturing environment, planning and supervision of monthly excursions, cleaning and organizing of the learning environment as well as some light cooking.  

Early Childhood Orientation (Level 1) or equivalent is required. Early Childhood Certificate or Diploma (Level 2 or 3) and experience are assets. Candidates must have or be willing to obtain certification in Standard First Aid / CPR. A Criminal Record Check will also be required.
