You are a Network Analyst that can effectively trouble shoot, implement solutions, and provide accurate documentation to meet the needs of clients.

Primary Duties:
Responsible for the creation of network accounts, system setups, deployments, and many support related items.
Resolve issues in timely and accurate manner
Assist in planning and deploying projects within time, cost, and quality standards constraints
Identify and document policies and common practices
Provide assistance to team members.
Skills & Abilities:
Must be fluent in English and able to manage both verbal and written communications in a professional manner.
Because we are a client-focused company, you must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and research skills troubleshooting and problem solving/finding solutions are skills you need accomplish independently
Able to install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software
Able to work within a team based environment and independently
Able to provide clear, concise system documentation/procedures for others
Can independently identify/resolve issues and configure to specifications the following technology: Windows, exchange, vmware, citrix, backup exec, outlook, active directory
Qualifications:
Education: must be A+ certified as a minimum. Other post-secondary education in Computers/IT and/or CCNA/Windows Certifications will also be beneficial
Experience: 3-5 Years in a Help Desk role serving a variety of end users. Priority will be given to those with proven Deployment and Network experience.
Valid class 5 drivers license and access to own vehicle
