Job Title: Golf Services Attendant (Backshop)
Department: Golf Operations
Reports To: Head Golf Professional
General Outline of Responsibilities:
To be responsible for assisting guest with their golf clubs and selling Elk Ridge Resort to our guests. Interact with all guests in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Assisting guests with loading and unloading of golf clubs.
Maintain high standards in customer service by answering questions in a professional, effective and informative but yet friendly manner.
Be a contributing member at team meetings.
Encourage and promote positive experiences for all guests.
Be a personality at the resort by interacting with all guests at all times.
Driving Range maintenance.
Prepare/organize scorecards, bag tags, score sheets and cart cards for all tournements.
Work with Starters and Marshalls to ensure proper traffic flow of Golf Courses.
Following policies and procedures at all times.
Ensure all guest requirements are met prior to their experience.
General Qualifications:
