Requirements:
18 years of age or older Must hold a valid class 5 driver's license. Familiarity with summer camp, particularly LBC an asset.Must be physically able to participate in camp activities, and have the ability and desire to work with both children and adults. Previous experience with canoeing, camping, and working with children is an asset.
Mature, responsible individual possessing leadership & planning abilities. Must be flexible, cooperative and willing to work in a team environment. Must have good administrative, supervisory, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Directly responsible for organizing, coordinating and helping to implement programming at camp. Duties may include coordinating special events, daily all camp games/activities, as well as additional leadership roles as required by the Camp Director.Liaise and support volunteers to effectively fulfil their role.May be asked to fill in for other paid or volunteer positions where required. Active participation in the Faith Formation Program of LBC (see Faith Formation document on our website).
