Boundary Auto Body is Looking for a part time Office Assistant(11am -5pm to start) Monday to Friday with the option of extra hours. The successful applicant must:-enjoy dealing with customers, -have good organizational & communication skills, - have extensive knowledge of multi user computer programs(we use Shop Manager, Ultramate, Repair Center)plus Excel & Word. Some Automotive knowledge would be an asset, as well as data entry & filing. Duties include: Answering phones, greeting customers & recording info, setting up new files, booking appointments, updating customers on status and general admin support.
