Description

Client has a requirement for a Senior Business Analyst resources for the following project:
Enterprise Services Management (ESM)- The project is to move functionality and data into the ServiceNow platform.    
SUMMARY OF RESOURCE REQUIREMENTS
                                                
Typical Senior Business Analyst duties will include, but not be limited to:
Facilitate, elicit, analyze and document requirements into functional design specifications, asses them against industry standard and determine gaps
Analyze packaged software against current state and provide gap analysis
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts
Create a detailed Business Analysis Plan for each project assignment  
Provide regular status update progress
Research, develop, and document present alternatives for solutions  
Responsible for Stakeholder identification and involvement
Facilitates working sessions to efficiently achieve a desired outcome
Ensure traceability of requirements through collaboration with the technical teams
Collaborate with technical team leads through the planning and implementation phases
Create and estimate work breakdown structures and plans
Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner
Creates change requests with supporting analysis and alternatives
Documents processes and procedures
Creates, maintain and manage team schedule
Creates Data Conversion & Cleansing Strategies
Mentors Clients Resources
Creates knowledge transfer documents for  client resources
Use Client processes and templates where applicable


The ideal candidate(s) will have experience with the following:
Both roles - Telecommunications experience (Wireline, Wireless)
For Enterprise Service Management (ESM)
ServiceNow (using ITIL) in Network and Field Operations
