BK Creations is now taking applications for an experienced Sign & Graphics Installer/Fabricator. We may be willing to train an entry level helper, but applicant must be a determined individual that is willing to learn on and off the clock. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to work in a very creative environment with lots of room for growth. Pay will be determined by experience, skill level, references, and portfolio.
This position serves as a key member in sign and graphics production and will be responsible for all aspects of the physical production and installation of signs and graphics according to written instructions and under general direction. Applicant must have the skills and experience to handle sign installations including window, wall and vehicle vinyl application (including wraps and paint protection films), post & panel type signs and the installation of dimensional and ADA signage both interior and exterior. You must also proofread signs, and conduct quality assurance to ensure the efficient production of quality, accurate signs. The ideal candidate is a creative, self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and who is determined to make every project his or her absolute best. Attention to detail is a must and some overtime can be expected. Reliable transportation to and from work is also a must.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven dependable, is responsible, and have the ability to work both independently and with a team.
- Valid class 5 drivers license.
- Has some knowledge of sign and graphics industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, upbeat, positive and friendly attitude.
- Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers and fractions and converting fractions to decimals and vice versa).
- Able to operate hand tools and light power equipment.
