Our professional services client is looking for a Permanent Part-time Administrative Assistant. This client-focused company requires a versatile individual who is willing to perform a variety of different tasks on a daily basis.
The Role:
Manage team members' calendars, schedules and meetings
Attend executive meetings and take meeting minutes
Make travel arrangements
Draft and review memos, correspondence, documents and presentations
Handle and verify office invoices / expenses
Build spreadsheets and templates
Order office supplies and equipment
2 - 3 days per week, part-time hours
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of one (1) year of office administration experience
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including the ability to develop templates, track changes and use style sheets
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work
Advanced computer skills working with various software programs
Exceptional communication and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
