David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit a Temporary Payroll Clerk based in Regina.
The successful candidate must have at least 2 Accounting classes recognized in Canada and willing to undergo Criminal Background Check and Drug & Alcohol test.
The Role:
Accurately coding, matching invoices
Ensure proper authorization on invoices
Verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Data entry (payables) in in-house software
Experience with payroll software
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned (GST, PST remittance, Fixed Assets tracking, Pre-paids, Reconciliations)
The Ideal Candidate:
At least (6)+ months of accounting experience
Data entry speed / accuracy in high volume environment
Thoroughness and organization skills
Strong Accounting software skills
