David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit an Inside Sales Representative based in Regina to join their talented and successful sales team.

The Role:

Contacting prospects to develop new business opportunities
Identifying, fulfilling customer needs and preparing quotes for customer acceptance
Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of all sales orders, credit approval and delivery
Handling customer inquiries, requests for return authorizations and credits
Resolve customer complaints developing solutions consistent with company philosophy
Maintaining awareness of inventory levels
Retaining and updating product knowledge

The Ideal Candidate:

You have an outgoing personality and a drive for sales  
You demonstrate the ability to work with others in a team environment and, more importantly, you are highly driven and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
You have a desire to learn and grow with the organization
Naturally, you possess the customer service talents necessary to build solid relationships with clients
You are a recent Graduate with a University or College degree/diploma. Technical Field would be an asset
Previous Sales/ Customer Service experience is nice to have
