We are looking for a permanent part-time Administrative Assistant, for our Regina Storage Cavern, which is located 1 mile south of the Paisley Driving Range, off of the #1 Highway.  This position will work approximately 50%, and is subject to change.  The successful candidate will provide general office support by performing a variety of general and specialized administrative duties, including clerical, reception and work management processes.

This position would suit a self-motivated candidate with great customer service and communication skills, and an eye for detail.

Qualifications:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Recognized Office Administration Certificate
Two years of administrative work experience utilizing computer based software including word processing, spreadsheet, scheduling, database and presentation applications within a window based operating environment
Class 5 drivers license
