Description

avenue living, a fast-paced, fast-growing owner and operator of apartment buildings in Western Canada, is seeking a regional plumber to join our Southern Saskatchewan  team (Yorkton, Moose Jaw, and Regina).
Your Mission
Maintain multi family living spaces by delivering superior plumbing support as required. Be a community partner working hard each day to provide and maintain a safe and environmentally responsible living space that our tenants are proud to call home!  

Your Goals
Working as a plumber involves much more than simply fixing leaky pipes as every day will involve a new job, a new client and a new environment. Ideally someone with a strong service plumbing background (good problem solving abilities). Experience with installing boilers and HVAC systems would be a bonus.


*Travel will be required 75% of the time to ensure all centres under this incumbent are operating effectively, consistently and according to schedule*.

Your Skills
5 years of plumbing experience in a residential multi-family environment is an asset
Basic use of plumbing tools
Good knowledge of boilers, water heaters and plumbing repair matters
Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to plan and prioritize workload
Must have valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle
Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check
You possess a keen ability to recognize problems, and create an effective course of action to solve the issue
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Self-directed with the ability to effectively manage your time and resources to ensure deadlines are met
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Display a professional and positive company image
