Description

Duties & Responsibilities

- Provides general clerical and administrative support for the WBYTC staff, clinical teams and the executive office as requested
- Greets and directs visitors in a friendly and courteous manner
- Politely answers telephone and provides assistance to callers and redirects the call as appropriate or commitments to receiving and forwarding messages as necessary
- Assists with Board, staff and unit meetings and provides clerical services as necessary including taking minutes, making arrangements for equipment, organizing food and beverage services as required
- Transmits information and correspondence by email, mail and/or interoffice mail
- Delivers and picks up mail, correspondence, information, and other documents from the PAGC Grand Council head office on a daily basis
- Maintains office supply inventory and take the initiative to coordinate the ordering process for its replenishment and distributes these when received
- Provides a variety of executive and confidential administrative support for the Executive Director, the Board and related Board Committees as necessary
- Provides secretarial duties to the Board and related Committees, including taking minutes, providing meeting notices, assembling meeting kits, arranging travel itineraries and processing of remuneration

Job Qualifications

- Possess a Post-Secondary Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration from accredited Technical/University Institution or combination of education and experience.
- Exceptional working knowledge of spreadsheets and accounting systems.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and filing system.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Perform job duties in accurate and timely fashion.
